When do I get paid?+
Commissions clear from pending to approved after 30 days. Payouts run monthly once your approved balance is £50 or more.
What happens if a customer refunds?+
Commission on a refunded or charged-back payment is deducted. Everything you can see in your dashboard reflects net-of-refund earnings.
Can I run paid ads on the Amorae brand?+
No brand-bidding on Amorae, amorae.co.uk or close variants in paid search. You're welcome to run paid social to your own audience within ASA/CAP and platform rules using approved creative.
Do you provide creative and copy?+
Yes. Approved images, story frames, captions, disclaimers and claim guidance live inside your dashboard. Everything has already been through review.
What counts as an 'active subscriber' for the lifetime invitation?+
A referred customer with an active, paying subscription in good standing. Once 25 of your referrals reach that state, we'll be in touch to upgrade your tier.
