Your responsibilities

1. Amorae Intimate is for adults aged 18 or over who reside in the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. You are responsible for keeping all information in your Account accurate and up to date, including your contact details, delivery address, and any health or medication information you provide through our wellness questionnaire.
3. You must answer all wellness questionnaire questions truthfully and completely. The information you provide helps us ensure Amorae Intimate is appropriate for you. If you are unsure whether Amorae Intimate is suitable, please consult a healthcare professional before subscribing.
4. You must not share your Account password or allow anyone else to use your Account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
5. You must use Amorae Intimate only as directed on the product packaging and any guidance we provide. Do not exceed the recommended dose or use the product for any purpose other than as intended.
6. If you experience any unexpected side effects, irritation, or a change in your medical situation, stop using the product and consult a qualified healthcare professional. You may also contact us at support@amorae.co.uk.
7. Amorae Intimate is for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or supply it to any other person.
8. As a consumer, you have statutory rights in respect of the Services and Products. These Terms and Conditions do not override your statutory rights.

Website User Terms

Service Terms

These Service Terms apply when you create an Account and/or subscribe to Amorae Intimate through the Site. When you create an Account and complete checkout, these Service Terms become an agreement between you and us.

User accounts

1. To subscribe to Amorae Intimate, you must create an Account with a valid email address and password. You must be 18 or over, a UK resident, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
2. You must keep your login details secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
3. You must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up, including a valid delivery address and payment method. We rely on this information to fulfil your subscription.
4. We may contact you to verify your identity, age, or account details where permitted by applicable law.
5. We may suspend or terminate your Account to protect the Site, to protect you, or for other legal or business reasons.

Ordering

1. You can place a subscription order through our Site only after creating an Account and completing our wellness questionnaire.
2. Our Site is solely for customers in the United Kingdom. We do not accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside the UK.
3. When you complete checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email with your order reference. Please quote this reference whenever you contact us.
4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, if payment cannot be authorised, or if the product is unavailable.

Subscriptions, cancellation and renewal

1. Amorae Intimate is supplied by monthly subscription. Each order is a 28-day supply of 28 vaginal pessaries. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.
2. Payment is taken using the payment method stored in your Account on or around the same date each month, starting from the date of your initial order.
3. You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@amorae.co.uk or through your Account dashboard. If you cancel within 48 hours before your next billing date, we may still process and dispatch that month’s supply.
4. You can pause, skip, or resume your subscription through your Account, subject to the cut-off periods shown in your dashboard.
5. We may suspend or terminate your subscription if your payment details are out of date, payment cannot be authorised, the product is out of stock, or there has been a mistake in pricing or product description.

Price and payments

1. All prices are in pounds sterling (£ GBP) and are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable UK taxes. The total amount payable will be clearly shown at checkout before you submit your order.
2. We take all reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on the Site are correct. In the unlikely event of an error, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
3. We may change our prices from time to time to reflect changes in our costs, such as inflation, supplier pricing, taxes, or regulatory requirements. Any price change will apply only to future renewals or new orders, and we will give you reasonable advance notice before it takes effect. You will have the right to cancel your subscription before the new price applies.
4. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. All payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer or payment provider.
5. If we are unable to take payment, we will notify you and may suspend your subscription until payment is received.

Delivery

1. We dispatch orders in discreet, unbranded packaging to the delivery address in your Account. Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only.
2. Standard delivery times and any delivery charges will be shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of payment.
3. If no one is available to take delivery and the parcel cannot be posted through your letterbox, the carrier may leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel.
4. In the event of non-delivery after a parcel has been dispatched, please contact us at support@amorae.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

Product availability

1. All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a refund.
2. We may suspend supply to update the product in line with changes in laws or regulatory requirements. If suspension lasts more than one month, you may cancel your subscription and receive a refund for any products you will not receive.

Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, or failure of suppliers or subcontractors. Our obligations will be suspended for the period that the event continues, and we will take reasonable steps to minimise any disruption.

Our liability to you

1. We are only liable for losses you suffer as a direct result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions that are reasonably foreseeable at the time you accepted them.
2. Our total liability to you under these Terms and Conditions is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the Service to which the liability relates. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any breach of terms implied by law.
3. Amorae Intimate is provided as a wellness product. Individual results may vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from failure to use the product as directed or from underlying health conditions.

Disclaimers

General

1. These Terms and Conditions and all communications between you and us will be in English.
2. You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any other person.
3. We may transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions to another person, provided that your rights are not affected.
4. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
5. Even if we delay in enforcing these Terms and Conditions, we can still enforce them later.
6. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
