How to make Amorae part of your day.
One pessary, once a day. Here is exactly how to use Amorae Intimate, when to insert it, and what to expect in your first few weeks.
How to insert a CBD pessary
- Wash and dry your hands.
- Remove one pessary from the sealed blister pack.
- Find a comfortable position — lying down, one leg raised, or squatting.
- Gently insert the pessary into the vagina as far as feels comfortable.
- Relax. It will dissolve at body temperature over the next few minutes.
Most women insert theirs before bed so the pessary can work overnight. If you forget one evening, just continue the next day. Do not use two to make up for a missed day.
Your first few weeks
Some women notice a sense of pelvic ease within the first few days. For others, the effect is more gradual. Daily use is key — the pessary is designed to support the pelvic area over time, not to mask pain in the moment.
If you experience irritation, stop using it and speak to a healthcare professional. As with any wellness product, check with your GP if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescribed medicines.
